We are excited to share the news that the SkyBell HD video doorbell is one of the very first products for sale on the Works with Nest Store – and the first video doorbell!

Nest announced today that visitors to can learn more about the products that Work with Nest and purchase them directly from the Nest website. We’re thrilled to be chosen among a select few products. It’s also exciting because it helps us reach a larger audience and make more homes and neighborhoods safer.

SkyBell HD has been working with Nest products to help consumers enjoy a safer and more thoughtful home since the Works with Nest Cam announcement in October 2015.  SkyBell HD was the first video doorbell to work with Nest and continues to set the bar for doorbell partnerships in the smart home space.

About the Works with Nest Store

Since they launched the Works with Nest program two years ago, more 18,000 developers have joined the program to access Nest’s open APIs via the cloud.

Last October, Nest launched their Works with Nest Store, which highlighted the smart home products that worked with Nest products.  SkyBell HD was included in that store. Today, the Works with Nest Store launches its next iteration – allowing customers to purchase smart home products directly from the Nest Store.

A sense of adventure led him to Shanghai, China where he managed web development projects for a large Chinese video game company. Andrew graduated from USC with a BBA in Finance.
